If you're a Learnosity client already, that's no problem! Simply ask the person in your company who is the primary Learnosity contact to raise a ticket, and we'll get you set up ASAP. If you don't know who that person is, please reach out to your Learnosity Account Manager, or if all else fails, to support@learnosity.com. Bear in mind however, our response times may be delayed in this case, due to efforts we will need to undertake to verify your identity with your employer, to ensure the safety and security of our clients data.

If you're not a Learnosity client yet, we only provide our support & ticketing system access to our current clients. If you have a query about something, we'd suggest getting in touch with your Business Development Representative. If you don't have a Business Development Representative yet, we'd suggest getting in touch with our Marketing team via the learnosity.com website, either through our live chat, or by clicking "request a demo".
