The Bulk Updates section in the Author Site allows you to update the status and the Tags of many Items and Activities at once.

At this time, it is not possible to bulk delete Tags.

Bulk Updating Activities

In the Author Site navigation menu, select the Activity drop-down menu and select Bulk updates.

Select the checkbox beside all of the Activities you wish to apply updates to; you can easily search for Activities by parameters like reference, status, and Tags. 

Go to the Action drop-down menu at the top of the Activity List, and select Update Status or Update Tags.

Update Status

Select the Status you wish to change on the Items, and click Update.

Update Tags

Type the Tags you want to add to the Activities (you can add more than one). When you are satisfied, click Update.
