The Preview allows authors to see how the Item will appear to the learner.

To preview an Item, follow these steps:

• Go to the Item list page.
• Search for the Item using the available filter methods.
• Click the Item you want to preview.
• By default, the selected Item opens in edit mode.

• Select the Preview tab to view the Question(s) in the selected Item as they will appear to a learner.

In Item Preview, you have access to the Show Answers button, which will show you the correct answers for each Question on the Item.

You are also able to check that the Item is working as expected by seeing the overall score for the Item. You can answer each Question on the Item as a learner would, and check that the score correctly reflects the answers you have entered.
