Your Author Site user profile contains your email, first name, last name, and password. It can be accessed by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the Author Site.

On the profile page, you can view and edit this information, including changing your password. We recommend changing your password after you first login - please set this to something you will assuredly remember or will have access to if needed.

Your password must contain:

• At least one letter;
• At least one number;
• Be at least 8 characters.

A strong password should include a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters. It should not contain a dictionary word or your personal information, such as names, company details, date of birth etc.

Remember, a good password is easy to remember but hard to guess.

Enter your new password, retype it in the Confirm Password field and hit Save Changes. Your new password is now saved.

Forgot password

If you forget your password, click on the Forgot password link on the Author Site login page:

You will be navigated to a new page where you need to enter the email address associated with your Author Site account. Click submit, and you will receive an email to reset your password.

If you do not have an email address associated with your account, please contact Learnosity support to add an email address to your account.
